RETURNS
POLICY
If you wish to return for exchange or refund any Samuel Mark Clyma product, an application must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you would like to make an application for an exchange or refund, please contact before the end of the 14th day after date of delivery.
Returned items must be in original, unused condition and must be accompanied by proof of purchase, all original packaging, tags and accompanying accessories.
The cost of returning an item is at the buyer’s expense, unless the product is faulty, in which case the cost of return, under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, will be the responsibility of Samuel Mark Clyma.
Items returned are the responsibility of the buyer until they reach Samuel Mark Clyma.
It is expected that all returned items are shipped with tracking, Samuel Mark Clyma does not accept liability for returned items lost in transit.
